Tolu Oluwatuyi

Tolu came to law from a background in financial services and property. He graduated from the University of Law, Bloomsbury, London where he completed his law degree and legal practice course, and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in March 2019.

Tolu has a robust knowledge of the UK financial services and real estate environment having spent many years in the sector.  His background in finance enables him to navigate instructions ranging from bridging finance, residential and commercial conveyancing, leases and development finance with the efficiency and knowledge expected, as well as advise on property disputes in a commercially sensible and practical manner.

Tolu has advisory and litigation experience in a range of practice areas, including Commercial & Residential property, Civil litigation, Landlord & Tenant, Divorce & Family, Wills & Probate and Immigration.
