Robert Parkin

Robert graduated from Oxford University in 2007 after studying BA Modern History at Lady Margaret Hall. He then converted to law, and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Bar Vocational Court at Nottingham Law School, winning a series of scholarships from the Inns of Court.

Robert was called to the Bar in 2009 as a scholar of Lincoln’s Inn, but thereafter converted to practice as a solicitor, completing the QLTT in 2012. He was granted Civil Higher Rights of Audience in 2015 and regularly practices in the High Court.

Robert has worked as an in-house advocate since 2009 and regularly attends court on behalf of David Wyld & Co’s clients.

He specializes in business immigration appeals, civil litigation, and property law.
