An immigration specialist with 27 years of practice experience, Grace leads the Immigration Law Department at David Wyld & Co, supervising the team across all areas of the firm’s immigration services.

With a clear focus on Business Immigration and servicing High Net Worth individuals, Grace’s day to day practice sees her overseeing visa applications for client’s in the Entertainment and Music Business, as well as strategic planning and preparation for business front-runners abroad looking to establish their brands in the UK. Entrepreneur applications, applications for the reassignment of international staff to the UK, Business Immigration Compliance and complex Judicial Review are key areas of the strength and depth of Grace’s practice. Grace is also responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, and leads on implementing best practices, covering compliance, case management and business development.

Grace has developed a reputation for executing each assignment with precision and unfettered focus until a job is complete. In 1993 she graduated from Leicester University with a BA Honours degree, majoring in Law. She went on to continue her academic training at the prestigious College of Law in Chester, following which she started her legal career in 1994. After being articled in the City of London Grace was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1999.

Grace was a co-founder and director of UK Law Associates, an OISC level 3 registered immigration practice, and she has also held post within the public sector as a Criminal Prosecutor for the London Borough of Islington. Other appointments include department head at Chelsea firm Dholakia Cummings-John Solicitors, where Grace was instrumental in securing the firm its first Legal Aid franchise for immigration work in 2000.

Away from work Grace is an effervescent personality with a creative streak and a passion for music. As an amateur DJ she has taken private bookings for a variety of high net-worth clients in the UK and abroad, and is keen to combine her DJing with travel to different parts of the world.
