Grace is a solicitor of 30 years who brings her experience and dedication to the firm’s property department.  Handling a range of matters Grace and the team specialise in short-term finance, including bridging loans, development finance, and commercial mortgages. Residential and commercial conveyancing make up the core of department work, along with lease renewals and assignments, and auction purchases.

Speed and quality are critical in this sector, and under Grace’s leadership the firm is committed to delivering excellence in both.

Grace is also a Business Immigration specialist servicing high-net-worth business owners, and  overseeing visa applications for client’s in the entertainment and music business.

In 1993 Grace graduated from Leicester University, majoring in Law. She continued her academic training at the prestigious College of Law in Chester, following which she started her legal career in 1994. After being articled in the City of London Grace was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1999.

Grace is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, and leads on implementing best practices, covering compliance, case management and business development.

Away from work Grace is an effervescent personality with a creative streak and a passion for house music. As an amateur DJ she has taken private bookings for a variety of high-net-worth clients in the UK and abroad, and is keen to combine her DJing with travel to different parts of the world.
